Our journeys are individually designed and quoted. These notes explain the enquiry process; the written agreement for your specific journey sets out the applicable booking conditions.

1. Begin with an enquiry

Share your dates, group size, interests and accommodation preferences. Sending an enquiry does not reserve services or create a booking.

2. Review your proposal

Your proposal identifies the route, hotels and room categories, transport, guiding, agreed meals and experiences, inclusions, exclusions and price. Please review names, dates and any special requirements carefully.

3. Confirm the terms before payment

The payment schedule, currency, cancellation charges, amendment conditions and supplier restrictions are provided in writing before you commit. There is no single cancellation schedule that applies to every journey. Ask us to explain any condition you are unsure about.

4. Final arrangements

Services are subject to availability until confirmed. We coordinate the itinerary and provide practical arrival and contact details before departure. Any proposed material change should be discussed with you.
