The enquiry form

When you select Send My Enquiry, your details are transmitted to our enquiry management system and stored on our server in China. Authorised team members use them to respond, assign an adviser and prepare your proposal. A new-enquiry alert is sent through Feishu to our team; the alert contains an enquiry reference and an internal link, rather than your full enquiry.

What you choose to share

Your enquiry may include your name, email address, country or region, group size, travel dates, interests, budget and business visit requirements. We use information you send us to discuss your request and prepare a travel proposal. Please do not enter passport details, payment information or sensitive medical information in this form.

Third-party services

If you choose to continue on WhatsApp after submitting, the prepared message is passed to WhatsApp, which processes information under its own privacy terms. Feishu is used for internal new-enquiry notifications. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information such as your IP address. Website hosting providers may process technical access logs. No advertising trackers or analytics scripts have been added to this website.

Your choices

You can leave the page without sending an enquiry. Once you have contacted us, you can ask our team to correct or delete enquiry information, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. Any additional information needed for a booking will be discussed separately.
